Return and Exchange Policy (Frozen Products)
1. You must provide your purchase invoice or order number.
2. The product must be in its original packaging and unopened.
3. If you receive a frozen product that is thawed or not frozen
4. You must document the condition of the product by taking a photo and contacting customer service.
5. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours (depending on the payment method).
